This is a Fantasia Color Pencils 36pc set in a tin box, and a NEW sealed Arteza Mandala 6.4 square 100lb paper coloring book containing 72 sheets,All the pencils appear new except one, very slightly used, see photos.The tin is is in fine shape - no scratches or dents.
